Pink Collar Boxer Workout - Traditional routine that Pink Collar Boxing is based around. A mix of cardiovascular, traditional boxing, core stability and circuit training for fitness, toning and to develop a high standard of boxing techniques. A bespoke package is worked out building up your boxing skills and fitness, progressing each workout as you fine tune your boxing skills and fitness.
Sex and the City Workout - Become a Sex and the City Boxer! For the glamorous, modern, work hard play hard woman. A workout based around getting a fantastically fit body, to motivate you at work and to dazzle on the dance floor! Either train one to one with the instructor or bring your girlfriends and get fit together! Working on the abs, legs and arms so you can fit into that fabulous little designer number. A work out Gok Wan would approve of!!!
Bridget Jones Workout - Fed up with work, men......or life in general !?! No matter how stressful life is at the moment this workout will give you that extra confidence boost! This workout is designed to get you back fighting fit and raring to go. Take out your frustrations by whacking the instructor (who will be fully protected with padding) as you forget about the sleaze bag who ruined your life or boss who gets you down. Get back to your fighting weight and shift those extra pounds.
The Balboa workout - For the man (or woman) who wants to get a solid ripped physique! If Stallone can get in shape at 60 then there's no stopping you! The whole package will start by teaching you the basics of boxing. Over the weeks/months you will develop into a technical boxer, building solid core stability, strong shoulders and arms and a fitness level that Rocky himself would be proud of!
